I recently redesigned the Fargo Moorhead Opera Company's website -
It used to look like this -

It was hard to navigate, scrolled horizontally on a typical 1024x768 screen resolution, had broken links, colors and fonts were all over the place, etc.
I did a total revamp - (click the image to go to the actual site)

I changed the navigation to make it more intuitive, fixed the horizontal scroll issue, used CSS both in positioning/layout & text design (almost NO tables present in the entire site!), added metadata for better SEO, optimized images so they load fast, added a php-based mailing list system, etc. etc. etc.
This site is my first real experiment with my newly-learned CSS powers, and although I muddled through parts & made lots of mistakes that I later fixed, overall I'm really happy with it.
I have 2 other sites I'm in charge of that came with new or newly-revised designs, so I haven't been able to really put my creative stamp on them yet, and I have another that I'm in the early stages of creating a new design for, so I'm really in the thick of it.
I'll post those and any more that I happen to pick up along the way as soon as they're publicly ready.
